Staff were very helpful and courteous. There’s also lockers that you can store your luggage for a day if you check out at 11:00 and want to do some last minute shopping in the area. There’s no charge to use them.

Great service
Front desk service is exemplary, we asked for higher floor with nice view and they did it ! Room was clean and so was bathroom. Front desk staffs greeted you every time you walk-by with a smile. That shows the staffs are well trained. I will definitely go back to stay next time when I visit Taipei. The location is great with Ximending just round the corner. MRT station is 4 minutes away. Food and shopping nearby, this a a sure win.

Property is located right in the heart of Ximending pedestrian area. Just couple of mins walk to mrt station. The whole area is lively with tons of local food stores, restaurants n shopping. Decent room size, a coffee station n spacious resting area in the lobby n a small 24 hr gym. Good walking distance to a few tourist spots. Plenty taxi waiting in front of the lobby n Uber service is also readily available.

Wonderful location in exciting tourist area Ximending! The doors to enter the hotel are impressive. Friendly and helpful staff! The room was comfortable and slept well on the bed. Lucky to receive a high floor and the view was great!

The Xinmeng Ding walking street is only 5 mins away the hotel. Convenient stores (7-Eleven and Family Mart) are 5-7 mins away. F&B are within reach. Highly recommended.

This is a great hotel. It’s new and feels new. Design is modern and classy. Customer service tries hard, and seems Japanese. Loved the bathroom. Great layout for a small place. Most hotels in Ximen are awful. Solaria is a bright spot in a dim place.

Very spacious room with attention paid to details. Large sitting area in lobby with 24 hours free tea and coffee. Free bottled water for the picking! We were lucky to get rooms with beautiful views of the river. Practically under 1 minute walk to Ximending!

We had an excellent experience. All front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. We appreciated that they all spoke English. Housekeeping is every other day but they replenish towels and beverages in a bag hung on the door. Our room had a great view of the river, and was very nicely laid out with modern touches. The lobby has very nice seating areas for tea and conversation. The breakfast buffet had many food choices. It's close to the Metro and the Ximending shopping/food pedestrian street. Would definitely stay again.
