First off, Staff are friendly and the location is great. The breakfast is basic and not worth bothering with. Room was quiet and clan. Room with a window looking out onto a basement wall. Having said that the hotel represented good value.

Difficult to find

Hotel location was misleading. It’s actually across the street from Taipei 101, not at The mall. Spent over 20 minutes 10pm at Ight trying to find someone who knew its location. My flight was from US so lost a day so the front desk consider me a no show and deleted my reservation. Almost had to find another hotel by 11 pm. Breakfast was good however rooms where not clean ones to the standard of a normal hotel. Vents and furniture dusty. My door lock was not functioning so I had to be moved. I thinks is a great location however needs more full disclosures to manage expectations. Not many hotel options in the immediate area.

Tucked in the heart of Taipei via Xinyi district with a lovely terrace view filled with greens and outdoor seats that look up directly at the Taipei 101 tower. Adjacent to the terrace pass is the metro station. The interior was serene and modern. The hotel vibe is quiet with friendly staff. The stay sets a great juxtaposition with the bustling Taipei metropolis.

Awful weekend

No heat, centrally controlled and they left it at 16 C which was too cold for my kid at night. No hot water the 2 nights i stayed, staff was nice enough to haul around buckets of hot water for guests, but come on, this is really how it is?

Terrible weekend trip

No hot water for our stay of 2 nights, they boiled pots of water to bring to each room. no fault of staff, but insane that they had no maintenance staff to fix issue. Heating is central, so your thermostat in the room doesn't do anything, it's controlled by central panel and they kept it at 16 degrees C, which was WAY TOO COLD for winter in taiwan.
