There is a slight inconsistency of information given to the customers between the hotel staff and the restaurant. On Sunday morning (2/9), my friends and I were wanting to have breakfast at 1st floor restaurant but was told by the staff standing next to the elevator that the restaurant is full even we told him that we saw there are spaces. Then we decided to check with the restaurant directly, and the staff from the restaurant happily welcomed us to seat in and enjoy our breakfast. This makes us wonder why were we told differently before and perhaps there should be better communication between the hotel staff and the restaurant staff. Thanks.

Housekeeping quality has degraded compared to my previous stays at the hotel. Dirty towels and clean clothes were left in the room after cleaning. Water was added to the liquid hand soap. The heater doesn’t work properly. I set the temperature to 22C, but the room temperature is always at 18C. I reported these to housekeeping, but not much was done.

교통편의가 좋았습니다. 주변에 상권은 세븐일레븐과 패밀리마트정도이고 10붅정도 지하철가능하지만 버스 정류장이 바로 앞 위치하여 굉장히 편했습니다. 시설은 평타입니다.
