amazing amazing best hotel i have ever stayed at honestly way better than even hyatt. Super clean rooms, really nice staff, love the snack area and massage chairs at the bottom it’s so nice and very convenient location accessible to station , good food spots and everything. I loved the clean rooms

The staff at the VIA hotel were very kind and helpful. We arrived in Taipei at 4 am. The staff kindly let us check in when a room became available later in the day before the normal check in time. The snack bar and downstairs waiting area are clean and comfortable and stocked with interesting snacks. The room was both convenient and clean.

First of all, the staffs are amazing! They’re super welcoming and friendly. The location is close to a few MRT stations and 10-15 minutes walk from ximending. If you walk toward the Taipei main station area, you’ll find more shopping area. There’s a nearby park, and few amazing breakfast spots that’s open pretty early. Most stores around the area don’t open until 11am, so just be aware of that. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom is clean. They provide snacks, coffee and water bottles by the lobby. There’s always a washer and dryer so you can wash your clothes if you need to. There’s a family mart, 7-11 and Watson nearby, so very convenient if you need a pick me up as well.

Amazing customer service. We had a last second canceled flight that caused us to be 2 days late for stay and arrive super early morning. Hotel provided us a discount even though we canceled a night stay the day of. Staff was waiting for us morning we arrived with check-in details prepared in advance. Such a relief after disappointing flight headaches. Walking distance to train stations, and night market. Snack area was amazing for recovering from jet lag. Exceptional stay.

Very good option for convenience to Taipei Main station before we departed Taiwan. Don’t usually love staying in the middle of hectic Ximending, but did find a quiet restaurant right nearby to eat with mom before we left! Lots of free snacks in lobby cafe. Staff very accommodating. Staff speaks English for most part. Laundry available but often busy.

VIA HOTEL TAIPEI STATION was within walking distance of Taipei Main Station which is along the airport Purple (A1) line, city lines Red (R10) and Blue (BL11). In another direction is another station Ximen (G12) along the Green line and also part of the tourist spot Ximending. Around the property, Family Mart and 7-eleven convenience stores are aplenty. After a long day of walking, foot massage spots are also found along the streets nearby. For the property itself, staff were attentive and friendly. We reached earlier than check-in time on a rainy and windy morning. We were so thankful we could be checked-in early since rooms were available. Rooms have option of windows or without - which to me was not of a concern. Shower is spacious and clean with even rain shower option. We were greeted with a toilet that has warming seat functions and a bidet, score! The facilities of the hotel include a few self-service areas including free to take travel items (cotton buds, hair ties, pads etc) as well as a dining pantry space. At the free-seating pantry, the cold bottled water and water dispensers (with ice, warm and hot functions) were fuss free and so useful. The small bites available were biscuits, instant noodles and even an ice cream dispenser was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again as it was a recommendation by my brother and his friends who stayed here the year prior.
