After I took the Taoyuan Airport Express Train to the last station named Taipei Main Station I exited Gate 5 and turned right (South). I kept walking with my luggage for about 500 meters and the Via Hotel was very next to the Family Mart store (at the corner). If you want to take MRT to other places the nearest one was NTU Hospital and it was very close to the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff was polite and helpful (they gave me a copy of the MRT map). I chose a room with no window. There was no breakfast but the kitchen offered free water and snacks including yogurt and icecream. Taipei has an amazing metro (mrt) and connecting bus system and I did not speak Chinese but I could go almost anywhere without taking a taxi. I was so surprised that Taipei had big shopping centers and many mom and pop stores and eateries and I loved street foods!

Spacious and comfortable room. Hotel perks of free 24h snack & beverage bar, free laundry machine, and massage chairs were awesome. Also a neck massager in our room too! One note - is we paid extra to chose a room with a window, but the reality is the window let in no light as it was 2 ft from the next building and actually just resulted in a little street noise. Next time I’d choose a windowless room.

Very friendly and helpful staff. -free snack counter which included yea, coffee, unlimited ice cream, soft drinks and water. -Free laundry self service room with free detergent -Good size rooms, well appointed. -best thing about the room is that it had a massage machine -excellent transport links

The hotel is clean , nice and neat. Staff service is excellent. I have them hold my luggages when I explored another cites of the country. When I got back they even have my luggage ready in the room when I checked in .

Via Hotel Taipei Station has been our go-on stay in Taipei. The hotel is only 5 minute walk from the NTU MRT station. The hotel front desk staff are very helpful. We love the design of the bath facilities in the room. Will stay again for our next Taipei trip

Very Good hotel

While breakfast is not provided, complimentary food and beverages are available. All necessary amenities are provided, ensuring a comfortable stay. There are three train stations within an 8 to 10-minute walking distance. Ximending is approximately a 11-minute walk away. Alternatively, a Grab ride to Ximending costs approximately 85 TWD for those who prefer not to walk.
