The hotel has a great location and a very nice lounge. It also has a laundry room, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, I accidentally booked a smoking room while traveling with my child. I went to the reception three times to ask if it was possible to change to a non-smoking room, but the staff were not willing to change to a non-smoking room. What annoyed me the most was the breakfast. You can no longer order after 9:30 a.m., which is very early. If you arrive around 9:00 a.m., you have to rush to get your food before breakfast closes. I think the breakfast hours should be extended a bit later.

Amazing property. Love it. Have everything for your trip. Wash machine was amazing bonus. Traveling with 2 small kids. Best property in all trip for us. Was Traveling 3 weeks in Japan.

Great clean room and very helpful staff, in a very central location easy walkable distance to everywhere in Kyoto while also easy access to all the transport to get around to all the sights
