Wished there was an elevator for our luggage in the annex building Key 1. Otherwise spacious and clean. Didn’t have time for breakfast but saw and smelled the delicious bread and pastries.Can view bread making from windows hotel entrance

Customer service was top-notch. Every detail felt personalised. The Japanese dinner served at the hotel was one of the best hotel dinners. The shuttle bus service made travelling to and fro the hotel convenient.

It a great condominium with a nice view

We booked a room with open air bath. When checked in at the hotel the staff told us that the open air bath is not hot spring but regular bath water. We needed to do an upgrade if we need to do hot spring in our room. Apparently the information on the website was misleading. The reception areas were nice and the public hot spring sites have very nice views. However, the hotel rooms need renovation. The bathing areas inside our room were molded for 1/3 of the areas from the floor. We ended up not taking any showers inside the room but got all shower and cleaning stuff done at the public hot spring areas.
