Great resort in Khao Lak. I think it’s the nicest on the beach in the area. Very quiet and well maintained. They have a great breakfast buffet and the restaurant onsite is good. There are plenty of restaurants to try along the beach too. The spa facial was very nice too.

Felt like paradise.Staff were always there to help when needed and not in your face kind of way.The rooms were amazing and very spacious. Only thing was the time for breakfast.It was too early start and ended really early.Maybe a later finish as a lot of people were still recovering from excursions and was hard to wake up. And maybe a little more variety at breakfast would have been welcomed.All in all it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely come back again.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Rooms were large & modern, clean, comfortable bed. Pool areas very nice, long walk from front of hotel to the ocean and main pool area, although a couple of pools in between so no issues there. Not a lot of places to eat or entertainment outside & close to the hotel, but a lovely hotel overall and local business owners very friendly and helpful. About 15 km from KL central, l hired a motor bike which made getting around & trips to KL easy. If you’re looking for a comfortable, quiet and relaxing holiday, l’m sure you would enjoy your stay at the Grand Mercure KL.

The hotel is new and nice, with good beach area, but has a lot of issues. Here are some: - I've picked my room when I was booking, because it had corner windows, ended up staying in a smaller room with just one window, not sure why. - To get anywhere in the hotel you walk for a while on a road behind a hotel, which I didn't enjoy. Also very hard to find room by number, numeration doesn't make much sense. - Far from the nearest city. - Spa was ok, but I really disliked that they claim in the menu massage is 75 mins, and then turns out it's 60 and 15 for the prep before in after. - Drinks in the bar were meh, and barely had alcohol. - They didn't do room service every day for some reason (even though I was out most of the day) Good things: - Beach area is pretty great - The hotel is very new and has nice design

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig mit ein paar leinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Der Service ist Hervorragend und das Personal sehr bemüht. Das Essen im Hotel ist sehr gut und besonders die Zimmer mit Poolzugang sind sehr zu empfehlen. Der Strand ist an anderen Orten in Khao Lak schöner, aber in jedem Fall gut um dort zu verweilen.

Ruhige und gepflegte Anlage abseits vom Trubel. Frühstücksbuffet sehr umfangreich und lecker. Die Zimmer bestens eingerichtet, hier wurde an alles gedacht.

Das Grand Mercure ist wirklich eine beeindruckende Anlage mit sehr viel Grün. Es gibt nicht viel außenrum aber einen Supermarkt der alles hat was man braucht, gute Restaurants am Strand und wenn man in die Stadt will bekommt man jederzeit ein Taxi um die Ecke die einen überall hinfahren wo man will (800 baht hin und zurück in die Stadt zum Beispiel). Ich würde da jederzeit wieder buchen auch der Strand ist toll. Einziger Minuspunkt die Putzfrauen haben in 10 Tagen kein einziges Mal den Tisch auf unserer Terrasse geputzt und sonst wirklich eine Top Adresse zum Erholen. Teilweise sieht die Anlage schöner aus als auf den Bildern.

Fantastisk luksus hotel - Det levede helt sikket op til billederne på nettet. Kan anbefales til Honeymoon, hvis man vælger værelser i stueplan. Priserne på restaurant - morgen og aften - var dog alt for høje i forhold til kvalitet på andre gode spisesteder.
