Check in and check out were quick and easy. The room was neat and clean and everything worked. The bed was quite firm (which I am okay with, but some people might want a little more softness). Parking was conveniently close to the door. Overall, we were pleased and would stay here again.

Nice room design, but very difficult to figure out and memorize light switch controls. At breakfast there were no coffees cups available for nearly 10 minutes. Coffee must always be the top priority at breakfast!

Staff were very polite and accommodating. Lovely clean hotel. The swimming pool got packed with kids for a few days due to a bank holiday, not kids or people from hotel. As a result we could not go and lay next to it however this hotel is more of a short stay hotel rather than a holiday complex so ...

Great value for money. Everyone happy and looking after you. New, modern, clean, well designed. Near to new modern shopping mall, Central. One of the street vendors on the other side of 7/11 sold me a wonderful mixed seafood for 80 Baht. Worth a revisit.
