Malak was very nice and helpful. She helped with laundry and complimentary lunch when issues happened. I recommend, you will be taken care off.

The room looked exactly as pictured online, so I was pleased. The most noteworthy thing is the staff. They were amazing!! I would have given a five if not for my struggle with the breakfast food choices. I just wish they had more protein options and not carbs. The view of the pyramid every morning was amazing. I would definitely recommend it to any travelers.

It’s a good budget friendly hotel. Great views of the pyramids, 24 hour restaurant, and please please please book your tours through them. I did the pyramid tour with them it was very personal and informative. It was a one on one tour. Only downside was is if you are facing the pyramids it is noisy outside the room. I’m not a light sleeper but at times would get annoying. Also my shower never got real hot? Not sure why but it was good all together. For the price it was good 👍

Clean room , excellent staff , decent breakfast, staff helped me excellent tour and their driver name medhat, very nice guy , took us around on tour and made us comfortable with him. We will be definitely be back. Highly recommended!!!

If you come from the west, it is and seems very minimalistic. It's noisy. Be prepared to wake at 520 every morning. But i would not trade my experience there for anything. I will miss all of the employees there as of 1/11/26. Love, Nadiyya
