Downtown location

This is probably one of the only and best hotels downtown in Tallahassee near where we needed to stay. It was fine but very basic. The room was tiny and arranged a little bit strangely. It has an odd sliding door for the toilet and shower area that won't stay shut and the AC is very loud. It had sort of a dorm room vibe - nothing was wrong with it exactly but it wasn't a very comfortable place to stay. The staff was lovely and friendly and helpful. The location was great.

Clean room. Had safe for valuables. Hair drier in room. Hard floored instead of carpet. Just be aware that you get charged parking on your bill and should NOT “pay by phone” for parking using the ParkMobile app. The parking lot had a sign with instructions to pay through the parking app but the hotel also charged me for parking. Had to bring it to their attention.

The hotel was nice, just would have been nice if they offered complimentary breakfast for the amount you pay a night. Also paying for parking is insane to me seeing as though we park ourselves it’s not valet. The room was clean but the beds are not very comfortable. Overall it was nice not sure I would go back though.
