Clean room. Staff very friendly and nice. First breakfast better than the second one. Coffee was pretty good though. Room felt damp and like there was some mold in the air conditioning unit. I think this is a problem for hotels in this part of Florida, unless you pay a lot more money for a hotel. We used it for parents weekend because prices were crazy for a similar quality hotel in Tallahassee.About a 35 or 40 minute drive to FSU.

Staff was wonderful at this hotel. Stayed here as an alternative to Tallahassee when going to FSU. Anthony greeted us with a smile and was a gracious host.

Reservations policy .
nice big room. i knew that you could not cancel 24 hours before check in. we wanted to see our 6 month old grandson from Tampa. They were meeting us there. They got up Sunday morning sick with covid. We wanted to change date until they were well. Against policy. Couldn't. My husband and I decided to go spend the night rather than lose money. I will be careful about cancelling reservations from now on.

This hotel should clearly state on the website , where it can be found , no pets !!! Awful customer service . Didn’t arrive until 3:40 a.m. to the hotel. We were made to leave by 10:00 a.m., at check out . So not good or cool .
