First night we got there there was a bettle bug in my bed, called down and asked to be moved to a different room and they moved us. The manager was supposed to call us but we still haven’t heard from her. The next morning when we went to brush our teeth the sink in our second room wasn’t draining, as we left for the day we let the desk clerk know and gave permission to fix it while we were gone. We’ve been home for 2 days and are still waiting to hear from the manager. The staff were all very nice just very disappointed in the management

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the check in process was super quick and easy. We liked the division of the king bedroom & sitting area in our room.

We arrived at 4. We were told our room wasn't ready but she could give us a room with a king bed but we would have to pay more. We declined. Waited until 5. Left to go for dinner. She said she would call us when room was ready. She never called. Returned at 6. She said she was too busy to call us. The next morning i asked to talk to the manager for a price reduction. She said manager would call us. Never did.

Our group had two rooms. Both were very clean, but the one on the third floor had an odd and rather strong smell, that we initially thought might have been from some sort of cleaner, but it almost smelled like mold, or even bug spray. The air conditioner in that room was also quite loud, and the mattress was not very comfortable. The other room, on the fourth floor, smelled wonderful, the mattress was much nicer, and the air conditioner much quieter. Breakfast was great! A really nice selection, and the grits were awesome!
