This property is not what Expedia advertises. The pool is not functional, the continental breakfast is not available, and they do not place you in the room you reserve (i.e., I reserved a King sized bed and was put into a full sized bed).

Very comfortable and clean. Beautiful lobby area that was decorated for the Christmas holidays. Would definitely stay there again. Would have liked a healthier breakfast selection.

I had to let the water run for 20 minutes for it to get hot enough to take a shower every time it was a knocking noise out side our room every night our view was the top of a building where the knocking was coming from I informed the desk and the maintenance man was dress like a stranger of the street I was hesitant about letting in in the room when he came to check on the heater because it wasn’t getting hot and it say grab and go snacks for breakfast not just breakfast

From the outside and upon entering the lobby, this looked "very nice." But the room was just ok and the walls were "paper thin" - I heard a simple conversation from next door as if they were right next to me. Luckily, the desk clerk found me a room with no neighbors on a different floor - it was extremely slow the two nights I was there

An older hotel but a great room. The staff and parking was excellent. Tons of restaurants nearby. The ice maker on the 2nd floor dispensed moldy ice - disgusting.. The hotel is older with normal older issues. For the price it meets my expectations. All except for that ice dispenser on 2nd floor.

I had a medical emergency I asked for a late check out. They wanted more money. It’s all about more money and not helping those. If you’re staying close to the hospital I wouldn’t recommend here unless you want to pay a lot of money for extra expenses that has to do with checking out.

Nothing at all. The staff was rude to us as guest and to expedia representatives. They comtinues to hang up on both of us and left us on hold for over 45 mins. Expedia needs to stop advertising for this particular hotel. So very very very very very very disappointed!!!

Severely understaffed
It took over an hour to get into our room because the door was broken. We were one of many families that had issues with their room and not one thing was offered to anyone from the hotel to accommodate for the inconveniences. There was only one person working behind the counter and he said his supervisor had left and there was literally nothing he could do. Aside from not being able to get in our room, it also smelled like mildew. Our door was never fixed. We wouldn’t have been able to get back in once we were all out of the room. That screams of safety issues.

Crawling cockroach on the floor at night. Noisy when next door walks around and talk, when shower is running I can hear it. Wall in the bathroom is cracked. Beds not made in the morning. Not adequate breakfast item as claimed. Bathroom does not have a counter to put shaving items or hygienic items.
