Stay away at all costs

Front desk displayed a sign "Quiet time 10pm to 6am. Too bad they dont enforce the "Quiet Time". Seemed like the property had a bunch of rooms rented by the hour. CONSTANT opening and closing of nearby room doors. Left the property at 6am after 29 1/2 minutes of sleep. Continental breakfast was a joke - apple and a bottle of water.

What shower???

Turned on water for a shower and 15 minutes later the water was Lukewarm. Thought maybe a bunch of people were using it so I tried 2 hours later, same results. Tried the next morning, same again. Also bathroom door latch was broke and had been for a while since it was rusted where broke. Could not use the door because of it. Room 306 don’t use it!

This property is not what Expedia advertises. The pool is not functional, the continental breakfast is not available, and they do not place you in the room you reserve (i.e., I reserved a King sized bed and was put into a full sized bed).

Very comfortable and clean. Beautiful lobby area that was decorated for the Christmas holidays. Would definitely stay there again. Would have liked a healthier breakfast selection.

I had to let the water run for 20 minutes for it to get hot enough to take a shower every time it was a knocking noise out side our room every night our view was the top of a building where the knocking was coming from I informed the desk and the maintenance man was dress like a stranger of the street I was hesitant about letting in in the room when he came to check on the heater because it wasn’t getting hot and it say grab and go snacks for breakfast not just breakfast

From the outside and upon entering the lobby, this looked "very nice." But the room was just ok and the walls were "paper thin" - I heard a simple conversation from next door as if they were right next to me. Luckily, the desk clerk found me a room with no neighbors on a different floor - it was extremely slow the two nights I was there
