Jabari is an absolute diamond for your company. He not only was attentive, friendly, and welcoming to your establishment but also went out of his way to track down an open pharmacy at 2am. He also remembered 6 hours later when he was leaving his shift to check on me to see how I was feeling. Jabari’s kindness and willingness to help is a reason I truly miss the city of Tallahassee.

Beautiful.
The Four Points by Sheraton was great. The exterior wall of the room was full glass from ceiling to floor and wall to wall. The 10th floor gave me a fantastic view of Tallahassee tree line. All around cool design. The Staff were friendly and courteous.

Horrible experience
Room was filthy. My allergies flared up so bad I couldn’t breathe. I fell in the parking lot causing sever injuries due to the holes and uneven areas in the parking lot. We were suppose to receive a refund but did not and it’s been 2 weeks with many follow up phone calls. Tonight I was insulted by the night manager for asking if I should contact my bank.

Room service was non-existent Shower leaked constantly Food left in fridge However, all of the staff was nice and polite other than Sunday morning front desk person. Her badge indicated that she was “assistant GM” seemed to be having a bad morning Restaurant staff was great as well as front desk staff during stay Property is a little dated but try to keep it up
