Kinda expensive

Arrived at hotel was not asked if I was Gold member or if I would like to join. I stayed at a Marriott last year and I joined Gold member club. Also, parking was 20 dollars. It was open parking no security no gate. Hotels.com didnot mentioned this extra fee onset.

We arrived on Christmas Eve. The staff was friendly. Hotel was empty, clean, and continental breakfast on Christmas morning was good. Definitely would stay here again.

I wish parking was not a daily fee. We booked room with two queens and I checked in after check in time but all rooms were not ready. I was givens a room with king a pull out. We made due but person on pull out did not have best night’s sleep. We made it work so we could get in a room and go about our planned activities.

A comfortable stay

A very nice stay. Check in through the Hilton Honors app was easy and quick. Hotel was quiet, clean and a good location near fsu campus. Complimentary breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, fruit, etc. Would recommend.

Overall stay was good. I was a little disappointed because I reserved a connecting room but hotel wasn't able to accommodate side by side rooms. Room was quiet and clean as always and customer service is great. Morning of checkout housekeeping opened our door without knocking which was shocking. She apologized but they could probably use a refresher on training to knock before entering.

Booked the room to stay in after a concert at the Civic Center. Very convenient location within walking distance if you’d like to walk. Overwhelmed with the construction in the area however, the hotel remained clean and organized even though the streets are around, it were disrupted. Room was excellent, clean, and we were very impressed by the space and security to get to our room after hours. The breakfast area was continually clean and stocked, and all the employees were courteous and pleasant. We would definitely recommend staying here again.

Zero service hotel with the worst breakfast I’ve ever seen. Coffee wasn’t even drinkable .. no water bottles given in the room . Outside area is not a nice area, but it was convenient to my son’s apartment. The halls were very hot and stuffy but insid the room was at least cool . A very bare bones experience.

Parking fees

My stay was nice. I was surprised when I had to pay for parking. I have stayed in other hotels in Tallahassee and I never had to pay for parking. It was an additional $50.00 that I had to pay at check in.
