The young lady checking me in was very unprofessional. She was loud and inappropriate on her cell phone at the front desk. Parking was great. There were some dead roaches that needed to be picked up in the lobby… wouldn’t stay again because of that. Room seemed clean

The best thing about this property was the guest-service staff member, who was incredibly friendly, and the beautiful lobby. We stayed in a king executive suite with a kitchenette—but there was no table, leaving a large empty space. The couch appeared covered in pet hair, the pull-out mattress needs replacing, and the sitting area had no television. The bedroom was acceptable, but the shower took about thirty minutes to warm up, and overall the suite could have been much cleaner.
