Staff overall, was friendly, but did not have clean towels readily available day or nights. Breakfast staff was very very nice, but I recommend the hotel spray a little better around food areas for small insects. Otherwise, one of only two nice hotels in the area.

First room was noisy and heavy smell of pot smoke coming from next room. Changed room to first floor, and sink drain was broken, plus tiny ant colony was coming through the floor. Cleaning people should have noticed and regular pest treatment would solve the problem. New renovated from past year, but need to pay more attention to detail.

The hotel was very clean and friendly staff. My only complaints would be breakfast had no plates. Everyone had to use multiple bowls to eat. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were horrible. Pillows may seem ridiculous to complain about but it really keeps from having a good nights sleep. I would definitely stay again, just bring a pillow.

I want to start by saying that the staff could not be more friendly and accommodating and everything was good with the exception of the black mold on the ceiling of my shower. I reported it to the front desk and showed a cell phone picture I had taken of the ceiling, extensive mold, not just the starting of it, a large area of black mold. Having a respiratory condition this really alarmed me as I only noticed it half way through my hot shower when I looked up to rinse my hair. It was not new as it was too extensive and full, and it makes me question the cleaning protocol/inspection at your property. Black mold can make people sick, especially with a respiratory ailment. I hope it is addressed and not just painted over.

The front desk clerk was extremely nice and friendly. It was just a 1 night stay as I was heading down to Tampa. The room was great. The bathroom, specifically the shower could have been cleaner. I would stay again.

The staff was very nice and friendly. We got a free upgrade which was very nice. Bed mattresses were more on the soft side rather than firm. It’s fairly new facility so it is generally in good condition. However the carpet showed it wasn’t vacuumed, the shower wasn’t nicely wiped to the shine. Breakfast was good with variety of items
