This property was nice and we appreciated the complimentary items such as rooftop drinks, waters, and breakfast. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we are back in town.

What a pleasant surprise!
Our stay was excellent…from check-in to check-out. The rooftop bar was great. Leroy for breakfast was delicious. We did not have the chance to eat at Shula’s. Every single employee at the hotel we encountered was friendly. We will stay here again when we come back to visit our daughter at FSU.

Awful smell
To start, the staff at Hotel Duval are fabulous! Very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is WAY overpriced for what it is. Our first room smelled horrendous. It smelled as if the carpet had been wet and mildew had sunk in. We moved rooms and the next room was better but still had an odor. The knob on the bathroom sink continually fell off and the sink didn’t drain well.
