When I arrive I was greeted by the cashier he was very very unique he was nice he talked it real good he showed care in the guess that inner until they place the room was excellent

Literally everything was wrong. The TV didn’t work for 10 days. There was no water pressure. The air conditioning unit would not blow warm air. Two of the three outlets for power wouldn’t work. The Wi-Fi was so poor I could not keep a connection. Lastly, I left my phone charger in the room and later in the day I asked if they could check and I was informed that it would have been discarded if room service found it. Absolutely terrible experience.

It was ok,some of the staff are not friendly but some ok, place looks clean, the TV not working at all the time I was in the room, I reported they said they was working on it,and I was trying to get some rest so I guess it was 👍

I arrived at 2:35 p.m., Rose the front desk clerk made it very clear she would not check me in before 3 p.m., I told her fine I would wait. The manager came up at 10 till, she immediately checked me in. The wifi was out, so no tv all night long. The bathroom door looked like it was rotted at the bottom. The recliner and business chair in the room was falling apart. The door was messed and, very hard to open, it did not seal shut, the flip lock was broke. I slide the recliner in front of the door. It took for ever to get hot water for a shower. The second shift lady was much nicer.

Upon check in was told no tv/internet service. Was told by Expedia that relocation was not possible, only a refund, but as I had no additional funds for a room while waiting for refund I decided to stay. 1st room had black water backed up in toilet & tub, 2nd room key card reader not working, so needed staff to even enter room. After getting ready for bed I ended up with bug bites & found horrible bed bug infestation. I contacted Expedia & the hotel manager, was told I could get a refund. That was on Thursday night & it’s now Monday night. This was literally the worst hotel I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I would definitely recommend a tent before this hotel.
