The room was spotless and the staff was amazing. I’m not sure if there’s an ongoing plumbing issue at the hotel, as both during my last stay and this one, the tub and sink had a slow leak

Check in was a bit slow, but the atmosphere was great. Told them we had a uhaul and they asked us to move it to a slab near the dumpster, however, less than 3 hours later another uhaul was parked where had bin taking up 4 spots.

The hotel was cute but the beds were dipped and i honestly woke up hurting everyday. The shower was really weird too, it only had one glass panel that was stationary and didnt cover much of the shower, so obviously water was going to go everywhere. The lady that checked me i was super rude to my kids whe they went downto get our dinner from doordash. She literally shushed them like they were her own children for no reason. There was no one else on the lobby so i dont know why she thoight she had the right to do that. There were also little black ants in the breakfast area so i only got coffee. Which i was then told i couldn't take back to my room. For what i paid, i should be able to drink my coffee in my room. The walls are very thin and someone at least 5 doors down was having a GREAT tine if you catch my drift. The whole floor got to hear, whether they wanted to or not.

Clean, quiet, well appointed. Easy check in. Easy check out. Breakfast was only a few simple items. Scrambled eggs, cereal, waffles, bananas, bread for toasting. Juice and coffee. I was pleased with the price and therefore found myself ok with the breakfast items. Room have refrigerator and microwave.

Booked this room for my mom to attend a last minute conference. She called me this morning telling me that the room was disgusting and the staff were very rude when she complained. Per her the sheets had what appeared to be blood on them and the comforters were dirty. The toilet also backed up. When she brought these issues to the front desks attention she was handed sheets and expected to strip the bed herself. Extremely disappointed in the treatment my mother received at this facility.

I know most hotels have some mold, but this was next level bad. I travel nonstop for work and I am constantly in hotels a lot of which aren't the best, but I will say this one is up there with worst. Ended up leaving the hotel early to stay someplace else. Not worth saving a few bucks.
