Older motel that has been totally refurbished, very nice. Reasonable rates and friendly proprietor. I would definitely stay there again if I’m in the Perry area.

Very welcoming property owner - great personality! Motel appears to have been recently refreshed or renovated due to Hurricane Helene recovery. Very clean and updated.

it was a good place.. it's been remodeled so it looks nice...one floor hotel...can park the car right in front of your room..close to many restaurants options.. Owners are very friendly.... There's a microwave and fridge in the room which was very nice to have...

This place is amazing. Everything was very clean, staff was very friendly. There are places to eat nearby. Definitely would stay again. TV worked great and unlike most other hotels, the printed channel guide was correct!!! Fridge and microwave in the room, coffee in the lobby. Shower was hot with good pressure.
