Front desk staff on check in was rude & dismissive. Chidren running in the room above us for 2 hrs late at nite, we called front desk 4 times about it. We were exhausted from driving all day & couldn't rest. For a pet friendly hotel, there are not any grassy areas to take my dog, there were no poop bags. There should definitely be grassy areas available. We shouldn't have to climb up a hill to take them out!

When we first walked in, an employee (possible manager of some sort) just looked at me and she didn't even say "someone will be right with you or even a hello." Another employee was helping a customer so we waited. Then the employee that helped us was not friendly and we asked her about the facility being new. She replied no very old and was just rude with discust answering the question.

Good place to stay when traveling. The only recommendations are having a better seal on the shower door, so the floor isn't drenched when showering and would like to see pork back strips on the breakfast menu.

It was bice but the initial room I got didnt even have a fridge so the attendant gave me the room i needed which was the one in the pictures i booked. Not sure why I got that first room didnt look like thebphotos in the booking.

Room was musty, carpet was dirty to the point that the bathroom floor mat would be stained from walking over the carpet. Used coffee in the morning but cups and coffee were not replaced so had to go request more. Door lock worked when it wanted. Actually had to return to desk and have card reprogrammed.
