The hotel is well located for ease of access to anything in Tallinn, and transport, generally. By enjoying close relations with Sweden and Norway, Tallinn benefits greatly, as does the Hotel with an interesting clientele. Hotel staff were pleasantly accommodating, and the hotel well presented. By choosing a Family room, we enjoyed comfort and space. Hotel breakfasts were resplendent, assisted by our stay also being in Estonian Cuisine Month. Paid parking (pre-booked) was available. We were grateful that everyone was able to speak English, as we could not speak Estonian.

Hotel perfectly located near old gothic town

Clean, functional rooms and hotel. The breakfast is wonderful with hot and cold foods and fruits, cheeses, meats, eggs, breads, sausages, yoghurts, etc. Hotel is ideally located at entrance to Tallinn’s gothic old town area and all the major art museums are walkable to this hotel. There are lots of shopping and restaurant options available near the Nordic Hotel Forum. This hotel also has a gender separated dry sauna and steam room, in addition to a pool all on the 8th floor. I recommend this hotel.

This was a very nice hotel with everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The location is excellent—right in a walkable area near great restaurants and the old town, which made exploring effortless. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, with clean lines and thoughtful decor throughout. The wellness facilities were a standout: a spotless pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room that felt like a mini spa retreat. Our room had comfortable beds and a good shower, and everything was impeccably clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Traveling with a small child, we really appreciated the in-room TV services—having Netflix and YouTube made downtime easy and enjoyable. Plus, having a grocery store right next door was a huge convenience for snacks and essentials. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend. It’s a great blend of location, comfort, and thoughtful amenities.

Sadly the only photo I took of the hotel was the bowl of Nutella that was out during breakfast. Obviously this was my favorite part! Lol! The room was comfortable and spacious, the spa area was beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious but we stayed for 4 nights and wish breakfast could have rotated because we ate the same thing everyday, although there were a good amount of options. I’d stay here again!

Attempting to check in, and hotel could not find my reservation. Used the chat function through orbitz, and determined somehow the reservation was not properly placed between Orbitz and Nordic hotel - no clue which one was responsible, but all in, took approximately 1 hour to resolve. Hotel staff and Orbitz were both accomodating, but on a day with limited time to explore the city, the loss of an hour mid afternoon was not appreciated. Hotel and staff are great, Orbitz customer service was responsive, but check in experience was not.

A great hotel at the absolute heart of the city. It has a fantastic pool and gym. I loved the breakfast buffet selection on offer. The honey comb from the roof top bee hives was a particularly nice touch.

Modern, comfy and conveniently located

The location worked well for us - just outside the old town but quick to walk in and near the trendy Rottermann Quarter. The room was super comfortable and well-designed. The pool was also lovely. Breakfast had a great selection.
