Pleasant and good value for money
I only stayed for one night, but I am overall very pleased with the hotel. The room was fairly standard and clean. Comfy bed and large bathroom. Downsides - the room was quite dark as it faced the courtyard and there was no ceiling light. Also there was a constant noise from the outside aircon unit. It didn’t bother me but if I was staying for longer I would probably ask for a different room. The interior of the public areas is a bit outdated. Staff are not overly welcoming or friendly, but it seems an overall issue with customer services in Tallinn. But the best thing about the hotel are the free extras you get as a default by being their customer - access to the water centre and the gym. It was so refreshing and reenergising to go for a swim and jacuzzi in the morning before the checkout. And if I stayed for longer I would definitely use the gym too. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel and definitely come back.

Room was spotless . The biggest bed ever giant sized .. WiFi very strong and consistent. The bathroom was a wet room so water pooled on floor not a huge problem to me but others it may .. Tv had local and international channels. Plenty of storage for clothing hanging

Front desk staff tried - unsuccessfully- to ghelp me register for Radisson Rewards. On leaving , I informed the staff that one elevator was not functioning properly, to which the young man responded that they have known about this problem for a while and asked for it to be resolved but so far no response! This is not what I expect from Radisson.

2 sides of hotel next to busy roads Our first room had curtains that would not close fully there was a gap of 6 inches and in June this gave us a poor nights sleep After being moved everything was fine service cleaning breakfast etc

Really comfortable stay here, easy access to the old town and the large pool/spa area is a real treat. On several bus routes so easy to get here/from here to the ferry terminal. Had good food at both the Cafe Marguerite and the Bistro 250. Comfortable room, perhaps a little tired but very clean. Enjoyed my stay.
