A lovely stay at this hotel. Right from the first interaction.to our final check out, all the staff we encountered were lovely. Rooms very nice, albeit just feel a little bit dated, but well equipped, comfortable, and slept well. Breakfast fabulous.

The staff is young and, while solicitous, could still do a better job of being responsive. The room was small - our king size bed was barely a queen - and the bathroom definitely needed a refresh. The dining room and food were top quality. The ambience was very good.

A wonderful little luxury boutique hotel in Tallin

We had an amazing stay and wish we had longer in this beautiful luxury boutique hotel. Very centrally located in the old town of Tallin, close to great restaurants and shopping. The room was comfortable and warm and the breakfast was lovely. The staff were most obliging and helpful. We treated ourselves to the amazing private sauna. Overall, a wonderful stay and would recommend it highly. Hope to be back here some time.

A real classic

This was a great find for us and we had a very comfortable stay. The service was 5 star. It was amazing to see all the famous people who had stayed at the property including King Charles and Bon Jovi. A great mini break option for Tallin old town.

Disappointed

A bit disappointed with a couple of things, service very slow for drinks since there is no bar the drinks come from the restaurant downstairs up to the lobby area so I had to ask reception a couple of times. I was woken by someone loudly shovelling snow early on a Sunday morning when I was hoping for a lie in. The room was stifling hot despite turning off the radiator. There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room.
