It was just what we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy, staff was helpful and friendly, room was clean and everything worked. Good water pressure in the shower, old-town easily reached by foot (10mins). The spa was too expensive for us, but all in all it was exactly what we wanted in a hotel.

Modern functional stay
Modern functiinal hotel very near the port & not too far from the old town. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection to suut all tastes. There was even 3 x flavours of ice cream!

Excellent breakfast. Convenient to Port and Old Town (Fat Margaret's Gate). Good rating only because we couldn't figure out there were blinds that could be closed to keep out the sun and we didn't find any instructions.

We arrived early but staff was helpful with luggage storage. The room was good. Breakfast was included. It was generous and good. Close to the ferry terminal and was within walking distance to the Old Town.

Very convenient, good value and clean hotel
I stayed here overnight and took a ferry to Helsinki early the next morning. The hotel is only c. 5 minutes from the terminal and ideally located. The room and hotel overall were very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

I posted my rating on google : I recently stayed at the Tallinn Express Hotel (like most people I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels… this one is at the bottom), and while the service was acceptable, my experience was far from ideal. Despite booking a double twin room, I was given a room with two single beds. This was a significant inconvenience and a deviation from what was promised. The noise level in the hotel was intolerable. The lobby was filled with loud music playing well past 1 AM. This, coupled with the paper-thin walls, made it impossible to escape the cacophony. The sound of neighboring TVs, loud conversations, and particularly the sound of children running and screaming through the halls early in the morning, severely disrupted my stay. For anyone who values a good night’s sleep, I cannot recommend this hotel. The combination of incorrect room allocation and excessive noise makes it unsuitable for restful stay.
