Tam Dao Vacation Packages

The only good thing about this place are the staff. They are very accommodating and nice other than that I wouldn't recommend or come back to this place. They only give you one key card which you have to put it in a slot for the electricity/AC to turn on. Every hotel/rental place always give two keys but not this place. It takes forever for the room to cool down. My first room had mold in the bathroom ceiling and ants everywhere. It smelled so bad and horrible. I asked the staff for another room. Staff was really nice and ran around to find us a better room. Second room was better but still had ant problems. Its a little rundown building. This place is close to shops and restaurants but not worth it for me.

Staff is kind and helpful but the hotel is a scam. Their photos are highly misleading and there’s nothing luxurious about it. Expect a highway motel type of experience.

Everything is good Breakfast is soo delicious and soo many options in vegetarian and non vegetarian Staff is very nice and friendly

The room was clean and the air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was attentive and spoke English quite well. Everything was fantastic I enjoyed staying there four nights and it was a perfect Oasis from the beautiful Madness that is Hanoi

Clean room, Very kindly staff and excellent breakfast

Great customer service. Great breakfast buffet.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and our room was always clean. They let us store our luggage after checkout because our flight was at night, giving us time to explore more of Hanoi before leaving. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Hanoi, especially because of the wonderful staff!
