This was a SCAM booking...Beware...I did not make this booking. Hotel.com needs to sort out SECURITY issues immediately.

Our first room had a musty smell and management once they heard this from me, upgraded us to another room on the same day, which was awesome by all the staff involved in making this happen. Our new room was 10 out of 10. Everything else about the hotel was excellent.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and overall enjoyed our time here. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the location was convenient. However, there were a few issues that significantly affected our stay. The mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable, so we did not sleep well during our vacation. Another problem was the king-size bed. Instead of a real king bed, the hotel puts two single beds together. For a family with two adults and one child, the person sleeping in the middle ends up lying directly over the gap between the two mattresses, which is very uncomfortable. In addition, there is construction on both sides of the hotel. The noise starts early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep and enjoy a relaxing stay. Overall, we liked the hotel and appreciate the service provided by the staff. If the hotel could improve the beds and if the construction noise were no longer an issue, our experience would have been much better.
