Good location and clean

The property is located in a brand-new skyscraper that is yet to be completed and launched. It is very, very quiet (felt like I was the only person in the entire building). Facilities work fine and are brand new. Reception staff also good. Biggest drawback: Jewel Oxley is not yet in any ride or delivery app, so couriers and drivers deliver to building next door or wait for you somewhere completely different. Overall good stay.

Bangi Resort Hotel provides a fantastic service and the view of the gulf course is super. My only qualm at checkout with the Resort is the additional 10% Tourism tax imposed. This info should be included in their advertisement with Expedia.

Room is clean and staff are friendly

The hotel staffs are very kind and really helpful. The room is clean, location is very near to the shopping area.

Liked the amenities and breakfast was great! Lots of diff foods, both local and western. Staff were very nice. Housekeeping was the only downer, shower stall was clogged, they were quick to send someone to fix, then daily housekeeping staff had to be reminded to replace various things.

Very good experience, and a very nice resort.
