The air conditioner started leaking in my room and the carpet was soaked. Other areas of carpet showed burn marks. I was moved to a room on the 1st floor right across from the noisy ice machine and closest to the elevator. I don't like being on the ground floor where windows are too easily accessed. Moving all of my belongings after the 1st night was a huge inconvenience. I did not feel safe. The 2nd room had no hot water. I took lukewarm showers and there was no bathtub. There was a note posted behind the toilet that said "do not flush toilet paper". Imagine the smell in the room from urine soaked tissue. The ac was not very cool and needed a dehumidifier. Damage to doors and walls from water was evident. Carpet damaged. This hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The staff was very nice though. I didn't sleep well because I did not feel safe and I was relocated to a noisy area. I will never stay here again.
