The doors to the entry way were stuck open. there was no security for the staff and occupants. the elevator would not work in an efficient manner, the door would not close or open when the button was pressed. there were bugs found in the bed. what the hotel staff did was offer a new room.

Just one drawback
I would have given five stars, but there was no Bible in my room and they didn't even have them at the desk. They Bibles are free to the property from Gideons International. The hotel management was wonderful!

Go across the street to the Spot hotel instead.
The fixtures in the room are dated..and showing rust. I told the front desk that the toilet handle needed replacing, but it wasn't fixed during the week that we were there. The breakfast selection was the worst I can recall having. Very basic. Didn't even have a selection of milk- whole milk only. No 2%, no skim.

This poperty is close to the outlet center of Wesley Chspel and easily accessible. While we loved the location I will not stay here again. The room was not real clean. The bathroom had a strong mold and sewer smell. There were ants everywhere. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. It was close to restaurants and shopping which is why i chose this facility.
