Our ship never docked due to the hurricane and we had to cancel our room. We have tried to no avail to get our money back. This is not a good way to treat people that had to cancel due to no fault of their own.

It is terrible that because of something beyond our control you guys can’t do a one time refund. We were stuck on a boat in the middle of the sea with no way to get there. Not being able to refund our money is unexceptable.

Corporations that have no compassion gor emergencies betond our control and worry only about yhe dollar is whats wrong with this country!!! This property is hotel is great. They offer hot breakfast and variety of grab and go breakfast. It’s very clean. The staff is great. The room are nice. I would highly recommend. Just make sure you pay attention when booking because I booked and chose the wrong one in Tampa-Brandon and that hotel is the worst, so make sure it has the waters address.
