From the outside you would think the property was better maintained but as soon as you open the door you realize it's not. The room had an off-putting smell to it. Even though there was no smoking allowed. It kind of smelled like somebody did. Thankfully the sheets were clean and the towels were decent

Ugh. Don't go.

Ugh. Tiny room. Like a closet. Many of electric Outlets didn't work. Bathroom door would not close. Little to no hot water. Remote didn’t have battery cover. Toilet seat was loose. Water pressure was not good. Mattress had a hump in the middle. Request for additional towels was ignored. My girlfriend says if I go back, I'll be traveling alone. Feel stupid for paying $200 -- 1 night -- for this gross room.

The hotel is run down, I didn’t even stay here, I had to go to another hotel. The room smelled of smoke and the ceiling had leaks and cracks all in it. Very run down. Tried to be nice and just tell them I didn’t feel comfortable there and of course they didn’t refund my money

OLD but clean enough to sleep

The place is a dive and needs to be razed to the ground. The sheets and bathroom and floor were clean! Check in was easy. Cosmetic upgrades were very nice! though unfinished. NOT as advertised! No laundry, no hot tub, broken waffle iron. Wife space where baseboards were missing in room. Smells old. LUMPY mattresses. But clean enough to sleep, and close to the airport.

Dont ever go to this place..

I requested a room for 3 and got a room for 2. After some negotitations they gave me a room with queen bed (I requested king) and a sofa. The room was terribly dirty. Bathtub had spots and the faucet leaked quite a bit. In the room, the caninet under the sink was torn. The AC made a yerrible noise. Thenext day someone burned something on the atove and the smell was horrible. They charged 129 and 204 fir the room.i expect to pay that fir s decent room not that hole in the wall dirty place. I do expect a return of my money.

hotel staff were friendly and helpful. However we were disappointed that the elevator was out of service (we had to carry our luggage up to our third floor assigned room). We also found that some of the electrical outlets in the room had no power, and in fact, one of the outlets showed black electrical burn marks. Most disappointing was the lack of truly hot water in the shower: it never was more than mildly warm, despite running the water for more than five minutes.

We booked this room due to proximity to the airport for a 6AM flight. If I had any intention of spending more than 10 hours here I’d have cut my losses and found a different hotel. Check in was rude and the staff was visibly irritated that I pulled them away from whatever they were doing around the corner. I booked a room with 2 queen beds that was non smoking. After getting my things from the car, we started really seeing the problems. The hotel room door didn’t fully open. The floor was bowed interfering with the door. The corner of the room was broken, a 2” wide crack around the entire corner exposing the moldy interior of the walls. The crown molding was falling apart around this gaping hole in the floor. I used the towels from the bathroom to cover it up. I didn’t see any insects, but assume they were present in the walls. We booked a non smoking room, yet the bedding had a large burn hole through one of the blankets. The hallway smelled like a moldy basement and the fire extinguisher cabinets in the wall were falling apart and unable to be properly closed. Simple safety requirements in a hotel room such as a posted floor plan and emergency exit information were missing. The pool looked great in photos but has likely not been used in weeks. My son had looked forward to a swim but one look at this neglected pool changed our minds. Overall, my family rested poorly for about 6 hours in the room before we left at 3:30AM. Days Inn used to be reliable.

We booked a mobility accessible room and upon arrival, they didn’t have a room. They only had a kingsize bed & sofa bed available. I booked with rewards and this is unacceptable. I should get my reward night back.

Room was “clean” on surface level but paint was all over the floor and ceilings where it wasn’t just chipping off, rusty light fixtures, moldy windowsill, staff took the lamp from our table randomly while we were out of the room, everytime we came back we needed the room key to be turned back on at the front desk, sink worked but sprayed water all over counter when turned on… would not recommend or return.
