First let me start by my room was 520 Had Ants in the bedroom area. Plus air conditioning did not work properly. It was so hot in the room we barely could sleep. Upon arrival I had booked a high floor room that I paid extra for through Expedia. The receptionist acted like he had no clue what I’m talking about.i showed him my receipt that says High Floor booking. Still told me he has nothing available and the most he can give me is 5th floor. The only thing that was good we had a happy hour from 5:30-7 pm and the bar tender was amazing & very friendly. I wish I know her name but I didn’t ask. That was the most positive experience.

The property was very nice, clean and the staff that encountered was very friendly, professional and courteous. The food in the lounge/bar restaurant area was delicious and well prepared. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations.

SPACIOUS & COMFY (beware of parking fee)
Very comfortable room,only thing was carpet was a little torn up on the bedroom and shower was a bit different but we figured it out. Also do not like the fact to park you have to pay $18 that was never stated before hand but again the spacious room we reserved made up for it,kind staff as well. Pool is beautiful!!

Excellent welcome (initially) at the property. However waiting to hours to fix the lighting (nothing would turn on) and air-conditioning after midnight after a 10 hour flight was terrible. No hint of an apology from front desk, or to change rooms or anything. Won't be staying again. Really poor.

Definitely stay here again.
We have an amazing time staying here. Our family of 7 got a 2 room suite, the room clean, the view was beautiful, breakfast was delicious and lot of food selection, they even have a chef personalized your omelette in front of your face. Overall it was a wonderful stay, we will definitely stay again in the future every when we have trip to Tampa.
