This is a great Hotel, location is good breakfast is good. Parking is not ideal and expensive. Overall it was a comfortable stay, I would stay again

Room was okay, service not so much

Air conditioning condensate pan leaked all over the carpet and the was soaking wet. There was no shampoo upon arrival and had to call 3 times to get sent up , I also offered to go down and get some but they said that wasn’t possible. The bathroom shower would not drain causing a pool to form in the tub . Called to have it fixed and no one came up stairs to inquire about it. I called the front desk to have glasses brought up to the room and they said they could do that and transferred me to in house restaurant which then told me I had to speak to the front desk about it . Overall the room was nice but not worth it . Will not be returning to this hotel again.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was top notch. The only issues we had was we booked a 2 queen room and the first room had a king. Then when we were given the correct room they didn’t switch it in their computer so we had maintenance walk into our room in the middle of the night. Lastly, I couldn’t find an ice machine anywhere.

The valet Ray was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to show us where to return our rental car. Ray then walked us through the hotel to point out a restaurant we were looking for. He was the first person we came in contact with on the property. What a wonderful welcoming warm experience.

The clean service at room, the bathroom towels are old and they give you less than the towels required to the group. in addition, they never clean the kitchen and sofa area.
