Had to wait one hour to get my room. They gave me one at 3pm but when I went in, the cleaning lady was still there. I come back to the lobby and then it takes them one hour to finally give me the room. Place is run down and rooms are so outdated. The kitchen was disgusting.

The pictures online were very misleading, the room we were give was not nice at all. Smelled bad, mini kitchen was gross, refrigerator was all rusted in the side, scratches all over the cabinets, AC unit was broken, hanging parts from underneath. Stinky smell coming from AC unit. floors weren’t very clean. Neighborhood sketchy, strip bar if front of hotel. We left, didn’t stay there.

Older hotel , smells like smoke as you walk through the halls . The room was clean and the beds not too bad , the pictures of the hotel on the site look nicer then the actual place. I wasn’t happy either that they bumped me to a double bed room when I paid for a king size bed . Also some sketchy characters in and out of there . Overall it was a place to sleep . The continental breakfast sucked

Our room was dirty and the kitchen was very dated and unclean. Our bathroom had excessive smoke from another guest heavily filling the room. Front desk said they didn’t have any other rooms, and that there was no one around they could contact to stop smoking. They said we could leave if we wanted. had my 3 young kids with me and wasnt able to get another room in The area that late in the night without paying twice as much. Would not recommend. Stay somewhere else.

Beds were small and uncomfortable, only gave you two flat pillows per bed, and when went to the front desk, there was no extra pillows or towels. No pool towels available for children or any guest. Car tag fell off your view mirror and our car got towed costing 300 extra dollars hotel staff is rude. Will never stay there again.

Staff is fabulous but my stay was not. Room was advertised as having couch, but it was a recliner full of crumbs (I needed a third space for someone to sleep). The newly remodeled room involved a shoulder and brute force to open door. While Westshore is generally a safe area, this one is nestled behind a gentleman’s club. Walls are thin so I heard every noise and smelled all the cooking smells. “Breakfast” was Nutrigrain bars, muffins and weak coffee. Folks came through and helped themselves to entire basket so I guess I will eat elsewhere. Staff is aware of how Hotels.com and hotel chain advertises but wishes it would be revised so they don’t get brunt of complaints. I will say overall staff was awesome and pleasant and they were hustling to do all they could but they can’t rectify the issues.

HORRIBLE!!!!!

I stayed with my Family for Valentines Day Weekend. This hotel was Dirty, the hallways smelled like Weed, the room smelled musty. The day shift front desk person was rude. I will never go back!!!!!

The property should only be considered if desperate. Property is rundown, poorly cleaned, and poorly staffed. Bathroom was aweful. Tub coating is chipped away, the toilet in my first room didn’t work, toilet seat looked like a dog had been clawing at it, and the bethroom door didn't close properly. Pillows and sheets looked as though they hadn't been changed but they could possibly just be very dingy. Floors couldn't have been mopped in a long time, they were DISGUSTING! I dropped a towel on the floor and picked it up and it had collected so much dust and trash that i was shocked to the point of being frozen in place for a moment. The staff apparently have no idea what customer service is. They are very unfriendly and act as though you coming to check in is an annoyance. I hesitated to share this because it made me seem like someone who loves to complain or is impossible to please but that is not at all the case. This was just one of my worst hotel experiences in my life. But i guess this stay was my punishment for waiting until just 3 weeks prior to my trip to look for lodging.
