I booked this as a last minute stay. We were cruising out the next day. We got in our room, the pull out bed had mold on it and stains all over. The shower had rust and patching work that was not completed.

Front desk staff member/assistant manager was terribly rude, borderline harassing to a guest in front of her young children and other guests. To the assistant manager: when your job is hospitality, be hospitable. Put yourself in the shoes of your guests and treat them how you would like to be treated.

There was no breakfast but the property says breakfast is included. The front desk told us that breakfast was served until 930. We never saw it. No bedding for the pullout bed. No lamp by the bed. The room was very dark. I would not recommend

Not going there again. Terrible experience.

Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standard I expected, and I believe it is important to bring the following issues to your attention. Dirty Mattresses: Upon arriving at my room, I found that the mattress located on the sofa bed was visibly stained and unclean. This was both uncomfortable and unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to provide quality accommodations. Dirty Bathrooms: The bathroom was in a similar state of disrepair. It appeared that it had not been properly cleaned prior to my check-in, as there were noticeable stains on the floor and around the sink and bathtub area. The level of cleanliness was far below what I would consider acceptable. Lack of Customer Service: When I attempted to address these issues with the front desk, I was met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude from the attendant. Rather than offering assistance or empathy, I felt as though my concerns were completely disregarded, which only added to my frustration. As a paying guest, I expected not only a clean and comfortable environment but also professional and courteous service. Unfortunately, my experience was far from this standard. I trust that you will take my feedback seriously and ensure that such issues are addressed for future guests. I was in room 103 and 104 if you would like to verify for yourself. Wish I had more photos. I do have video.

I don't understand why there were bad reviews about this hotel. Not only was it clean, nice, and elegant, but the interior decor was very ornate and modern. Also, this was the first hotel I have ever visited that actually allowed guests the option to cook. I, personally, absolutely loved Extended Stay America.

- The walls, doors and ceilings are paper thin. I could hear the couple next to me either fighting or fornicating. I could hear people that were several doors down in the hall talk to their mothers on the phone. And I could tell what side of the room the person upstairs was on by the stoping of their feet. - The rooms apparently have kitchenettes that EVERY (I assume illegal since no one spoke english) is using to cook fish. The walk from the front desk to my room was like being inside a cuban long john silvers. - The toilets in the room are some type of eco toilet that you have to tap the handle juuuuust rite or the whole system refuses to flush again. I want to formally apologize to the cleaning staff, I tried to get as much of my mess down so you wouldn't have to deal with it. - The bathroom itself looks like a room from the movie SAW. Tile from one end of the room to the other in a slight slope ending at a drain (that was POORLY cleaned). - The shower head was a dual spigot with a hand held unit. This would be an amazing addition to the shower if the main body of the unit was actually BOLTED TO THE WALL and not just supported by the shower head piping. - The bed frame is one of those college dorm room square metal piping beds that squeaks and creaks if you breathe too hard while laying on it. - A/C units worked. Spend a couple extra dollars and go somewhere else. This review is not to bash the staff, they are working with what the company has given them.
