This property was close to the Florida fairgrounds where I attended a fitness expo the FitFest but I was surprised on how upkept it was the room seemed pretty clean property seem very clean the staff was amazing super friendly I would definitely stay here again I only live an hour and a half away but I didn't feel like driving back home at night so if I'm ever in Tampa again I think this is spot I'm going to hit up

They gave us the key to a room that was occupied so we were standing at the door waiting for help and then a random man just walks out the room that we were assigned to. Very unprofessional

my stay was very good except for a dirty air filter in the AC unit which caused me a lot of congestion, runny nose, coughing, sneezing, watery eyes and sleepless nights for 4-5 days of an 11 day stay--and even after staff cleaned it--it still stunk. the only other things i had an issue with was poor lighting in bathroom and desk area, a towel rack in front of the bathroom sink fell down & a running toilet which maintenance quickly fixed.

Our stay was great. When I first checked in i didnt realize that she had charged me more than what i had signed up for. The next morning the clerk made it right. The hotel seems fairly new and well kept.
