Great experience! Room was clean and so comfortable as well as entire premises.. nothing smell bad or old.,the hotel is literally in front of Busch Gardens which we can see it from our window! The breakfast was delish..,and coffee amazing! Plenty of parking right in front. The front desk welcomed me with a smile! Unusual nowdays.. Lol ..and they were so friendly and accommodating., I was able to leave my cooler since the morning before going to park and checking in late at night. The breakfast attendant was also nice and helpful! In general, it turned out to be an excellent choice for us and it was a great service. I totally recommend this hotel for your Busch Gardens trip!

Awesome place

All the personnel were great at their job the two women, the front desk and the manager that was here are awesome. They’re very friendly and spoken and the driver that drives you to Busch Gardens and back and while he’s a real good driver, safe courteous and always good to talk to even when you’re outside smoking a cigarette

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good. I liked they had free parking. Very clean. What I didnt like was we were told they only provided transportation Thursday to Sunday. We were there on Monday, the day before New Years Eve. Very dissapointing we were not told this ahead of time and ended up walking to Bush Gardens. Several people I heard talking about it and were upset about it also. That was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

We prefer having a safe in the room, we weren’t notified that housekeeping wouldn’t be available and had to go get towels from the front desk but no big deal. Front reception was warm and welcoming, the breakfast was hot and fresh. Overall, we would not hesitate to return.
