I called before my trip wondering if i could get a room lookimg at the park, the only reason for my trip was the park. Pam answered the phone and was so nice and accommodating. Then when i got off the plane i called and Pam picked up and helped me with all the info i would need to get to the hotel, and had my room ready early. On my arrival, my unending questions were answered with a smile, and was always answered in full with more info to help me during my stay. I have dealt with good customer service many times, but this woamn named Pam was more than I've experienced. I really hope Hampton Inn realizes what an outstanding employee they have in Pam. And the other Desk Attendants were always kind and helpful, always smiled and acknowledged you everything you walk through the Lobby which was very nice. I hate being ignored. I really cant say anything bad about this property. Having everything locked, even to go up the elevator, you needed your key, which was absolutely Fantastic!!!! I wish all hotels would do this. I felt very safe throughouty entire stay. Breakfast was different every morning and so many options, cold and Hot. Pam and Staff....THANK YOU SO MUCH for my amazing stay. You made my stay way more enjoyable than any employee at Busch Gardens. They could learn from all of you, you were all Fantastic!!!! Especially of course, that Amazing Pam. She was Fantastic!!! Thanks
