Isabel at front desk in the morning and Annie at the breakfast counter in the morning we're the only bright spots in the stay. The room certainly clean but this hotel is undergoing renovation and I would never ever stay here until it's completed. The pool is surrounded by construction equipment. The halls are dusty. And it cost the same as a hotel that isn't undergoing renovations. Hotels.com should have posted this information at the top of the listing so we could be informed.

Although the hotel was under construction, which I wasn’t aware of when booking, my overall experience was fine. The morning breakfast was good, the staff were helpful, and there’s a pool, airport shuttle, and a Starbucks around the corner.

I understand hotels being under construction but this was crazy. Definitely should close the hotel, or at minimum the floor, as these things are being worked on. Also, beds were super uncomfortable. Only good thing was the lady at the front desk. She was amazing.
