For the first two days we didn’t have hot water for showers we tried to tell the the staff and they kept telling us it’ll be fixed so that was upsetting and disappointing considering the amount of money we had spent, but the walking area around the hotel was perfect downtown was a 10 minute walk with plenty of restaurants and bars to pick from and we were able to go to our first lightning game. So in all the stay was alright the area was great the hotel was mid, GO BOLTS

The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great with multiple options. Free shuttle to the cruise port and they held our bags for us before and after the cruise. I would stay here again.

For the most part it was excellent. My stay was for two nights. We were allowed early check in which was very convenient. The next morning we drank the coffee in our room and requested two more that night but it was never received. The people at the desk were friendly and helpful.
