The first room we were given smelled like mildew. We went down and asked to be moved to another room which the attendant did immediately. The second room was much better and clean. Breakfast was descent the next morning.

We have been in several hotels across the US and this hotel was very nice. The free breakfast was wonderful. Real bacon, good eggs amd turkey sausage was amazing. I loved the cinnamon buns and hot coffee the best. My husband even enjoyed the pancakes. Nice job "Scott"

Very, very smelly. What a shame!
Wonderful service from the front desk team. But our room absolutely stank of damp. There was a box of anti-damp crystals perched on top of the closet but the room smelled unbearably, the room felt cold and clammy, the air conditioner roared. Great location for a nearby concert, but won’t stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and the the continental breakfast was good. The only issue was with the room i was initially assigned . It smelled like smoke and wet mold carpet.. the front desk staff assigned me another room without hesitation. However the 2nd room smelled like old cigars. The 3rd room was much better finally no cigarettes moldy carpet or cigar smell. The staff was very understanding.
