Everything but the breakfast, excellent. It is served until 10 a.m. but at 9:20 no bacon, no milk, no cream cheese for the bagels and 2 or 3 more "no". Room, neat; front desk super nice and courteous. I would be back but not for the breakfast.

Clean, nice hotel! Staff wasn’t very friendly
Pretty decent hotel, expensive for not a lot of amenities. It was very clean and the beds/pillows were super comfy. The staff seemed like they were having a bad day, they weren’t mean, but they just didn’t talk, no interaction at check in, no customer service experience. When we came back after going to the Hard Rock at 12:30 the front door to the hotel was locked, no Way to use your key to get in. So we just kind and of sat outside for a minute or so trying to figure out what we were supposed to do. Finally the front staff came and opened the door, didn’t say anything and just turned around. I said “thank you so much and she didn’t even acknowledge us or respond. It was actually really weird. We went up to our room and changed so walk over to the WaWa right beside the hotel and as we were walking out she was behind the front desk folding something. I said “we’re going to WaWa real quick, will we be able to get back in. She again never acknowledged our presence or our question, she just kept looking down folding whatever it was. It was actually really odd and uncomfortable.

Just for one night
The gentleman who helped us check in I believe he works at night was very nice and helpful. He even told us about the shuttle to the cruise port for free. The room was clean and everything we needed was there. I left my AirPod behind. I called and they held it from me until I came back from the cruise. But when I came back the receptionist wasn’t as nice I explained to her what happened. She helped the other customers then walked away, I thought she went to lost and find like she told me she would. But she didn’t I sat and waited for 20 minutes for to have never have looked. I went back to the counter and told her I had a plane to catch and could she call someone to see where they put it. She seemed irritated by me. She made the call and the person on the phone told her where it was located. And the tv was a blue tint. We didn’t complain because it was late and it was only for one night. I told the receptionist in the morning and she contacted maintenance. But my overall experience was good. I would for sure come back.
