The staff were awesome! Super helpful and accommodating. But… unfortunately that’s where the good review ends… we had no hot water for the 4 nights we were there, the sink smelled like the sewer and our toilet ran constantly! We had to keep the door closed it was so loud, but the smelly sink was part of the room, so there was no escaping it. So, needless to say, we will not stay here anymore. And neither will the other guests we commiserated with who had the same problems we did and one even had no functioning electrical plugs and the tv went out… I guess ours wasn’t the worst room.

Rooms were nice. Large and well furnished. Indian restaurant is excellent. Bar is good. Shower water pressure is absolutely terrible. Had to be moved from a top floor to a lower floor as hot water was practically non-existent. They know about this. Even at lower floor, hot water was there, but pressure was a D grade. Maybe even a F. I stayed there for 3 nights, one Monday, and two Wed/Thu. So if it was a temporary issue, they were unable it fix it over 3 days!

The bed was very comfortable however my dining experience wasn't that great..the wings i ordered was cook a bit to hard to eat and some of them were burnt mentioned this to the staff..then received more wings cooked the same way so asked to order something different but only to be told the KITCHEN IS CLOSING at that point I was very upset..and it was to late to go anywhere else especially after the wasted time going back and forth...needless to say their waa no compassion showed here...lesson learned..its a shame to say in a nice hotel only to experience a horrible evening trying to get a decent meal!

Hotel and staff were really nice. But when I checked in, they told me (and other guests) that they had no hot water, and we either had to crack on, or find another hotel. Not ideal @7pm after traveling for 14 hours from the UK and the first thing you want is a shower.

I loved how nice and helpful the staff was, the room was amazing and the pool and hot tub were accessible. The restaurant that was included in room service was amazing. Very fast and good quality food.
