This property is very good if you prefer to live in suits instead of simple hotel rooms. Plenty of space, big bathroom and kitchen. Full size fridge. lobby serves hot beverages 24h. Free laundry. Easy parking and place is located in just 5 minutes from airport and huge shopping mall. The only thing I was a little confused about was the room cleaning process. Note on the door says it should be happening every other day. But I stayed there for 6 days and my room was cleaned only one time. There was another attempt to clean it but lady nocked my door at 9am and I told her to come back after 11am. When I get back in the evening room hasn't been cleaned.

Overall the propert was nice. 2 major issuea for our room. Disnt realize the dark out blinds were missing till we layed down to sleep around midnight. At that were to tired to see about changing rooms. Usually the pillows they have are nice. Theae unfortunately were not and are do to be replaced

Their computers were down, no one could check in, no idea how long to wait so I checked in to another hotel nearby (that was actually also a Hilton hotel) that was cheaper, cleaner, more efficient,

We enjoyed our stay there. There wasn’t a lot of close walking things to do. But we knew that. The airport shuttle was cut off at 10pm despite me telling the hotel what time I would be there. my plane arrived and I was ready to go to the hotel about 10 PM And they told me the person went home. I let them know ahead of time that I would need transportation, and they didn’t hold someone for me. Otherwise hotel is very nice and we would probably stay there again.

Disgusting.
Disgusting - we opened the door to the room and as soon as we entered we found a clogged, unflushed toilet. See photo. I nearly vomited and the cleaning staff working on the room opposite told us the room wasn’t supposed to be allocated. Also the “shuttle” is only available for a very limited period 6:00-10:00 am, so no use if you want a lift from the airport. Worst experience in 4 years and over 100 stays on Hotels.com Stay somewhere else.

We picked this hotel for the ‘heated pool’ mainly after a long flight. The pools not heated at all. It backs on to a dirty parking lot and was not very pleasant. Breakfast was all microwaved stuff, not nice at all. Overall wouldn’t come back

Hotel has great location, near airport in fact that was the main reason we chose it. However their airport shuttle starts at 6am and we had to pay Uber as we had a 6am flight.

Close to airport for an early morning flight. Plenty of parking. Cable in our room did not work - so no TV. Staff said he had no other rooms to move us to. Told us we would get a call the next day to discuss and compensation- did not occur. Unable to change air conditioning temperature- room was very warm.

Overall our stay was great and the breakfast in the morning was perfect for our little family. Only complaint was the air conditioner unit in our room had a hard time keeping the room cool, woke up sweating at one point.

Everything was wonderful! Staff was very friendly. Check in and out process was a breeze. Rooms were clean and well stocked. My only complaint would be that the pillows aren't great but that's a small inconvenience that did not disrupt our stay. The staff provided extras upon request immediately. Would happily stay there again in the future.
