I liked how close to the interstates the property is & how friendly the staff is BUT I did not like how extremely noisy the hotel is. You can hear everything from the outside & our inconsiderate neighbors above us or their kids kept stomping on the floor our entire stay to the point I had to call the front desk to complain. Every night there are people in the parking lot drinking. They need to inform the guests they place on the 4th floor to be considerate of the tenants below them.

My Stay at Home Towne Inn Suites by Red Roof
I stayed here because everywhere else was either Sold Out or not available due to the cleanup still ongoing from Hurricane Melton. The place was only ten months old. I had the following issues. I stayed on the east side of the building. There was no dark shade to pull down at night so the sun would be shining in your room in the morning. You wouldn't be able to sleep in even if you wanted to. The parking lights at night were so bright, you didn't even need a night light to find your way in the dark. There was one in the bathroom.The room was not sound proof. In the morning and a night you could hear the aircraft flying over or near the building. This was a design flaw that should have been addressed when the building was going up knowing how close this place was to the airport. There was no light under the stove top to see what you were cooking. Requested service for this issue twice to be fixed. The bathroom had a cheap plastic toilet seat that was not tightened down. Requested service for this issue twice to be fixed. The standup refrigerator had ice buildup in the fridge section. Turned the control knob down which seemed to take care of the issue. There was no pool here. Otherwise, it was a good value deal for the money. You would be able to eat your breakfast, lunch, and dinner here and save and stretch your money during your stay.

I paid $200 per night and there is no breakfast. The ice and vending machine only on the first floor. The rooms are spacious. However, they have a stovetop burner but no pots or pans for use. The property is clean.

We asked for a room on the fourth floor away from traffic. They put us on the second floor on the traffic side. They told us we could not change rooms because the system would not allow it. It was extremely noisy with thin walls and floors..We heard the people above us making noise till 1AM. Lots of noise in rooms around us and people yelling outside. It was a very bad experience

Might be ok in a pinch but wouldn’t stay here again if given the choice. There was a big event going on that day (that I was not in town for) and this was about the only option left - that should have been a sign. In-room phones do not work, several things were broken, people were hanging out in the parking lot drinking and smoking all night, the cleaning products smell terrible and left the floor kind of slimy. I elected to skip a shower before leaving in the morning and endure feeling grimy a few hours until I got home.

Nice new hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious with fridge, microwave, two burned stovetop and a coffee pot. Only queen beds are available at this property. The walls are thin so you can hear hallway noise and you can also hear planes depending on the flight path. Overall I would stay here again for the conscience to the airport, stadium or work.

I had a double bed room and the room was amazing. So much space , cleanliness was perfect, had a full size refrigerator and a stove top and microwave, the beds was extremely soft. Overall we were very happy and will book here again.

A new property so the hotel itself was ok. Issues opening door to room. Staff does not wear uniforms or name tags, room smelled very strongly of chemical cleaner. It was clean and fine to sleep in. But due to construction around the property access is tough, other guests are questionable, no curtains only blinds in the room so it was very bright all night long. I would not chose to stay here again unless it was the only option. I’d spend the extra 30-50 dollars per night for another hotel in the area.
