Ok, but can always be better
Staff was amazing and friendly at the late hour that we check in, however by no fault of the staff their system did not accept my credit card. Or so I thought. I ended up getting charged over $2,000 on two different cards!!! Which led me to have to wait 5 to 10 business days for the pending transaction to be released. Also, that amount charge was not the amount that I booked the room at, it was higher! This was not the experience I wanted to have at the start of my vacation. Everything was fine with the rooms, we booked a two bedroom suite. They were just as described, nice and roomy. Parking is available and I am a fine print reader. Nowhere did I find that it would be an additional cost per night. I plan for everything, but getting three different answers to why I am getting charged for parking was highly frustrating. Overtime, I was able to get the charge for parking removed but I would have appreciated more transparency in what the extra charges are at the start and a consistent answer from staff. This hotel did offer complimentary breakfast which was a bonus and another reason why we booked it. On the other hand, when you offer complimentary breakfast and then have your kitchen staff grumble that your guests are greedy when getting the complimentary breakfast that the staff members employer offered was rude, highly offensive and unacceptable behavior on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! When no doubt the hotel is full to capacity.

Very nice, comfortable hotel! Best hotel around that can accommodate a huge family in a 2 bedroom suite. The hot breakfast was fulfilling and LIVE chat very helpful.

One of the hotel elevators is out & there is a strong smell of oil paint. The room is clean but the toilet doesn’t shut off after flushing. And parking in a parking deck isn’t desirable.

The customer service was very poor by the night supervisor. I had forgot my wallet at home because of a family emergency and advised him that I can have him e mailed my license. He said no there is nothing to talk about and was very rude. I had 6 kids in the car and he said there was nothing we can do. I then asked him if I can change the name on reservation and he said yes. But really feel he was not trying unless I brought up the a solution. Very closed minded and rude. Very rude and not helpful. I’m glad hotels.com was able to help me out. Bad Customer service…

Amazing place to stay
My husband and I booked this hotel for 6 nights after a cruise. What a great decision. We had a large suite with a kitchen. The room was very clean and comfortable, and although we said every second day was good for housekeeping, our towels were replaced daily and a general clean around was done. Emptying trash, replacing coffee etc. The staff there are lovely, very friendly. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and we especially loved the warm swimming pool in the afternoons, then sitting around the fire pit at night. The area seems very safe and the airport shuttle was very welcome We would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back there next time we are in Tampa.

Half the hotel is under construction. Evening staff lady was rude and slightly passive-aggressive. Reserved a room a month ago and sold out of the room type we wanted upon arrival. Whats the point of even reserving if you don't get what you pay for? Average experience overall
