Excellent and friendly staff, but many other issues here ... The parking lot is frustrating to deal with and overpriced. No clear directions and only one exit, which can lead to a frustrating experience driving in circles. The on-site restaurant is subpar, despite seeming like a nicer spot. Also, no USB-C outlets in the room -- only old outlets.

There was a dead roach on the bathroom wall which lets me know the room clearly had not been properly cleaned. I could not understand how someone could have cleaned and left that. This is an old hotel with a bow tie, not impressed one bit. Don't believe the hype from tiktok videos, because instead of honest reviews the content is made just for that, likes.
