It was at best mediocre! The best thing about it was the large space in the room ! All else was not good including the bad free breakfast which we would not bother eating! Will definitely not stay again. I have noticed when you stay in a Real Hyatt hotel all feels right but when you stay at their other “name brands” with a Hyett name before it then you don’t get same service or food. And the quality goes down dramatically!

Very nice property. The lobby area seemed dark compared to other hotels. The room was very clean and well laid out. The gym had great cardio equipment but minimal weights for weight training. Great location to walk to a Lightning game.

Hyatt House is Amazing

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, amazing staff very welcoming from the point you first entered the hotel. I have to point out amazing professional valet parking. We didn’t even have to wait a second for our car. Everything was very smooth and convenient, highly recommend beautiful rooms with lots of choices as a studio apartment or separate bedroom, very clean. I would definitely recommend for anyone. Not to forget exceptional food in the restaurant amazing breakfast high quality food products each dish was something unique. We absolutely love this day for everyone who likes Starbucks is also available in the hotel room service exceptional all I can say would definitely come back again thank you
