Nice hotel, well situated for Busch Gardens but very far from anything else. 30 to 60 USD taxi fare to get to places of interest (boat tour, casino, old town etc). Staff was very nice and helpful, calling us taxis when needed as our foreign phones did not work in the US. Would have been nice to tell travelers that they were renovating the hotel, as it was quite noisy at times and very dusty. Mattresses definitely need to be changed, has back pain every morning due to lumpiness and sagging. Probably worth it after renovation is finished.

The property is very conveniently located close to many restaurants and to Busch Gardens. The rooms are very big except for the bathroom. The beds and pillows very comfortable as well. Breakfast bar has a nice selection to choose from. At the time we were there, they have some renovations going on, but that doesn’t bother us. We would definitely stay there again.

Terrible parking fee
I had stayed here in the past. Overall I really like this specific hotel. However, this time around I was surprised by a really high parking fee. This I had not payed before. This Hotel was amongst the most expensive in the area. Having the parking fee on top of that was really displeasing. If I had none that, I would have gone to another hotel. Parking is a basic necessity for a Hotel in Florida.

There was construction at the hotel and painters and workers throughout.😞 I would have not stayed there if I knew it was being remodeled. I did not know there was an additional fee for parking! The pillows were old and felt like bricks.

It's a hotel, don't expect resort amenities. However, it is clean and perfect for trips to the amusement parks. Probably less than a mile away. Restaurants in walking distance. Staff very friendly.

The property was undergoing construction so it is hard to rate overall cleanliness but given that it was still maintained well and overall a nice stay. The staff was very friendly and accommating. I have stayed here before a few weeks prior and was very impressed one of the employees remembered me. The breakfast is adequate but area is clean and well stocked. The one negative is the pat to park which is a bit aggravating as an additional charge.

Hotel was under renovation, and they made no mention of it until after we booked a non refundable trip. Everything was pretty dirty, and at least one of the housekeepers was very rude. Room smelled of farts. Had to pay $27 for 2 nights parking in the hotel's lot.

Such a great place to stay!
Great customer service, went for moms birthday to adventure island water park with some friends. We went down for a night cap at the bar at 11:56, it closes at 12. The gentleman still served us drinks and was very sweet. The hotel was under renovations and a little dusty in the lobby but we understood. The breakfast was HOT and fresh! A great place to stay near Busch gardens!
