Everything was good. I’d recommend but with some hesitation. The price was high for the service level and the attitude of the workers. For example, we had a long day of flights and when we got to the hotel it was 1:30am. We started our day at 3am the previous day. We were tired and ready for bed. The pull out cot to sleep our 11 and twelve year old have no blanket. I called to to front desk and got C (no full names) he said he’d send someone up right away. 40 min later so well after 2am he said the person was on break and he apologized. I’ll be honest, we were exhausted. 15 min later we got a blanket. This was disappointing. The next day at 8am house keeping is yelling down the hall to each other, people are sleeping (we all we were lol). The staff for the free breakfast were hardcore and rude when 9:30am hit. The food is there and you cooked it. Let people eat, we all have a story to why we weren’t up at 8am. The hotel was clean. The location was great for the cruise port. We (family of six) walked to it. Overall things were good. Bed was good. Pillows were good. Location was good. The only issue we had was from the staff themselves. It wasn’t horrible, but I think it could be better. I’d give 4.5 but I can’t so a 4 is what I gave.

The room was nice and the restaurant in the building was excellent. Onsite valet parking was very convenient. There is a Starbucks attached to the building. It was in a very walkable area that felt pretty safe.

Convenient location to Amalie Arena!

We stayed for one night to attend the Tampa Bay lightning game…easy, short walk to Amalie Arena (with our young kids). Beautiful hotel with fun modern decor. The free breakfast was great! Huge variety-eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, pastries, fresh fruit…great assortment.

We admit that we have stayed at the Hotel Tampa Riverwalk (the old Sheraton) for the past 3 years because it was on the Riverwalk. So happy they canceled this year. We took the suggestion from our adult kids who stayed at your hotel for Gasperilla in 2024. Uber convenient to the city govermnent center! Facilities are not as extensive as four star hotels, but pretty good restaurant, good breakfast bar, attentive staff, decent fitness center and good sized, well equipped rooms. Room was a bit musty but I enjoyed my stay.
